The Instances report will provide an overview of all chargeable resources. It is recommended to apply filters to this report. Therefore the best approach is to drill down into Instances from the Accounts or Services report. This allows a user to easily drill down into all resource instances for a particular Account, Service, or both:
VM Instance view using a Service Category and Account filter
Opening the Instances report without any filters applied can take a while to load depending on the number of records in the selected reporting period.
